Job Title: Administrative Support / Receptionist

Location: Boksburg, Gauteng, South Africa. Other locations: Benoni and Centurion – job availability is flexible.

Responsibilities

  • General office duties such as cleaning, organising office equipment and maintaining office space.
  • Responding to emails and taking telephone calls with professional telephone etiquette.
  • Filing documents and assisting with invoicing and other administrative tasks.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 Matric or equivalent.
  • South African citizenship with clear checks and credible references.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Basic computer skills – MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a similar administrative role preferred.
