Key Responsibilities:
1. Front Desk Operations:
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a positive attitude. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly. Manage the visitor logbook and issue visitor passes as necessary.
2. Administrative Support:
Schedule appointments and meetings for staff and executives. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Order and manage office supplies inventory.
3. Communication and Coordination:
