Key Responsibilities

+ Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner

+ Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

+ Manage the front desk and maintain a welcoming office environment

+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

+ Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed

+ Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and general administrative support

+ Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary

+ Support various departments with clerical tasks and special projects
