As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients with a friendly and professional approach
- Managing appointments and maintaining an efficient appointment book
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Managing patient records and maintaining accurate information
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks
- Keeping the reception area organised and welcoming
Qualifications
You'll be someone who:
- Has previous reception or customer service experience (dental or healthcare experience is highly regarded but not essential)
