JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The position is responsible for overseeing front office operations, office administration, and facilities support to ensure efficient and secure day-to-day operations. Key duties include managing guest reception, telecommunications, coordinating meeting room usage, handling courier, document administration, maintaining proper control of office assets and inventories.

The role also supports staff and facilities management by administering keys, office equipment, utilities monitoring, and company vehicle management, including maintenance coordination, petrol usage reporting, and liaison with relevant authorities. Additionally, the position ensures compliance with security procedures, accurate record-keeping, effective coordination with internal departments, management, and external service providers.

Qualification:

Minimum Certificate in Management Administration or equivalent from recognised university / college.
