Duties & Responsibilities
Operate the switchboard to answer, route, and transfer incoming calls professionally.
Take accurate messages and ensure they are communicated to the relevant staff promptly.
Provide general telephone support with excellent etiquette and customer service skills.
Attend to visitors promptly, professionally, and in a friendly manner.
Maintain tidiness and professionalism in the reception area.
Sign in contractors, clients, and visitors according to access control procedures.
Manage boardroom bookings.
Distribute incoming mail and liaise with courier companies for deliveries.
Assist colleagues with typing, copying, binding, and general administration.
Adhere to Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) policies.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
