Training Basket is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will possess good communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements 1. Warmly greet visitors and students. 2. Respond to and manage student inquiries effectively. 3. Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office supply maintenance. 4. Keep the reception area clean and organized. 5. Collaborate with team members to enhance office operations. Qualifications: 1. Graduate or currently pursuing a degree. 2. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred. 3. Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Docs. 4. Polite, presentable. 5. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 6. Friendly and approachable attitude.
Bachelor's degree in IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
