Job Summary

Reporting to the Executive Assistant & Supervisor Administrative Services, the Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests as they arrive at Dollarama’s Head Office. The incumbent will manage the front desk and direct guests to the appropriate person or department, handle inbound calls, and respond to various inquiries as required. The Receptionist is well organized, has strong administrative skills, is computer literate with a comprehensive working knowledge of MS Office, possesses good communication skills, and is warm, enthusiastic and team oriented. The Receptionist will also provide administrative support to the Mailroom and perform all other related tasks as required and requested by the Supervisor.
