Job Description

Responsibilities: • Greet patients, manage appointments & calls • Collect payments (cash/card/UPI), issue receipts, maintain daily cash register • Handle patient records, reminders & follow-ups • Keep reception area organized Requirements: • 12th pass minimum; 1 yrs front-desk experience preferred • Good Hindi/English communication • Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp) • Honest & punctual, comfortable handling cash Timing monday to saturday timing - 9.30 am to 8.30pm monday to friday with one hour lunch breakand 9.20 to 7.00pm on saturday
