The principal duties of the post involve assisting the GP and clinical staff by facilitating access to the doctor in an organised, efficient and caring manner. In addition, providing efficient and organised administrative support in reception in line with practice requirements and guidelines.
Main duties of the job
Receptionists provide a point of contact for patients and act as a communicator between patients, doctors and other practice staff. They are an important part of the practice and help to signpost patients to appropriate services.

We are a small committed team working together to provide the best service possible to our patients. The team consists of 2 GP's, 3 Practice Nurses, 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner and 8 Administration staff.
