SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Receptionist, you will perform full clerical, administrative, and general office duties of a responsible and potentially confidential nature. You will also communicate with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation and support the operations of the department and organisation as a whole. This position is for an 8‑month limited contract for a maternity coverage. It is based in Dubai and reports to the Admin Support Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Communicates instructions or information to various individuals and/or departments and furnishes and obtains information from other stakeholders.
  • Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/or visitors, answering routine questions and furnishing information to save supervisor's time.
