Greet candidates arriving for interviews and guide them appropriately.
Welcome other visitors and seat them in the lobby waiting area.
Manage interview scheduling through chat and phone calls.
Coordinate boardroom bookings and manage meeting schedules.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls at the reception desk professionally.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure visitors and candidates are attended to promptly.
Provide basic administrative support as required by the HR and administration team.
Requirements
Work Experience: 2 years of experience in reception, front desk operations, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
