A growing, multi-location U.S.-based company in the home improvement industry is seeking a reliable After-Hours Receptionist / Virtual Assistant to support incoming calls and light administrative tasks outside of standard business hours.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, highly organized, and comfortable working independently during quieter evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Call Handling & Reception
- Answer incoming calls professionally and confidently
- Follow a structured decision tree to direct or assist callers
- Route calls to the correct department or take accurate messages
- Maintain a friendly, polished, and helpful tone at all times
Administrative Support
