Receptionist Cum Cashier

Responsibilities

• Welcome and professionally greet customers and provide information about the product range and prices.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Process cash and bank payments.
• Issue invoices, receipts and maintain transaction records.
• Perform cash opening and closing procedures.
• Answer phone calls, emails and respond to customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cashier/receptionist preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Cash handling accuracy.
