  • Good phone etiquette for handling telephone calls and enquiries
  • Attend to subcons/suppliers document collections
  • Assist in requisition of stationery and groceries
  • Assist in arranging with contractors for office and equipment maintenance
  • Perform general admin duties and support other departments
  • Well organized and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communications skills preferably in English and Mandarin
  • Preferably with experience in construction industry
