Job Scope
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily school operations
- Handle reception duties and attend to enquiries from stakeholders
- Provide counter services and support students' needs
- Attend to students in the sick bay and assist injured students when required
- Support financial and student administrative processes, including document follow-ups and data entry
- Assist in school events, activities, and logistics arrangements
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to handle front-line duties with students and stakeholders
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
- Prior school or administrative experience is an advantage
