Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional customer service to property agents, walk-in visitors, phone calls, and email enquiries in a timely manner
- Support property agents by identifying and addressing their operational and administrative needs
- Build strong working relationships with agents through effective communication and service support
- Handle feedback, requests, and complaints; providing appropriate solutions and ensuring timely follow-up until resolution
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure confidentiality and secure disposal of documents
- Support daily office coordination to ensure smooth front desk operations
- Provide proactive support to enhance overall service experience for agents and visitors alike
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Experience in a front desk, customer service or administrative support role are advantageous
