Job Description

The Receptionist will be in charge of scheduling recording sessions, following up on documentation that needs signing and tasks related to internal organization of the company.

DESCRIPTION

  • Schedule recording sessions according to directors’ and voice talents’ availability.
  • Communicate through the correct channels with in-house team, directors’ and voice talents’.
  • Compile and send clear instructions to directors’ and vendors.
  • Compile signatures for projects.
  • Update internal trackers, and inform about any changes or updates made.
  • Register all the necessary information depending on the workflow in different shared tools within departments.
  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.
  • Be able to lead and coordinate with both in-house team, and vendors.
