Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and clear information to clients regarding services or products
  • Follow up on inquiries and confirm leads for the sales or support team
  • Maintain a professional and courteous interaction with clients
  • Update and manage client information in internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication flow
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and support

Eligibility Criteria:

  • B.Com or Postgraduate in a related field
  • 0–1 year of experience in client service or front desk roles
  • Basic knowledge of computers and office applications
  • Good communication skills with a pleasant and well-mannered personality
  • Ability to handle client interactions confidently and professionally
