Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and clear information to clients regarding services or products
- Follow up on inquiries and confirm leads for the sales or support team
- Maintain a professional and courteous interaction with clients
- Update and manage client information in internal systems

- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and support
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Com or Postgraduate in a related field
- 0–1 year of experience in client service or front desk roles
- Basic knowledge of computers and office applications
- Good communication skills with a pleasant and well-mannered personality
- Ability to handle client interactions confidently and professionally
