Our client is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join the Cape Town team, Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Maintain the reception area, always keeping it presentable Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Respond to emails and messages promptly and professionally Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with staff and external parties Perform basic credit control duties including account and cash invoices, credit notes, monthly recons of petty cash and general management of accounts Order and maintain inventory of office supplies Coordinate with management for office maintenance and repairs Support event planning and execution as required Liaise with Branch Admin to ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to Compare each fuel slip to the corresponding entry in the Stannic report Ensure accurate and timely capture of vehicle log sheets for all branch vehicles and consolidate data across branches for reporting and analysis...
