Position: Reception/Payroll Assistant
Location: Brampton. Fully on-site
Pay: $45-52K
Hours: 8:15 am-4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
SUMMARY:
Reporting to the HR & Payroll Manager, the Payroll & Office Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of daily timekeeping and payroll data for both hourly employees and agency workers. This role also provides front-office, administrative, and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day plant and office operations.
RESPONSIBILITES:
PAYROLL
•Maintain the integrity of the payroll process by ensuring all entries, adjustments, and corrections are supported by proper approvals, documentation, and verification
• Enter, maintain and update payroll data, including hours worked, overtime, and vacation time in accordance with company policy
• Review timesheets and exception reports for accuracy, completeness and resolve discrepancies prior to processing.
