Receptionist


Boston: Monday – Friday, :am to pm, with a / hr break - excluding company holidays.



  • Maintain and adhere to corporate professional dress code and grooming standards

  • Greet and welcome visitors upon arrival or over the phone
    Maintain best-in-class telephone etiquette, customer service and hospitality at all times
    Provide appropriate guidance to clients, guests and colleagues



  • Present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and client service- oriented demeanor at all times

  • Provide assistance to walk-in clients by contacting one of the service reps or their manager, onsite

  • Build a rapport with guests and be able to multi-task

  • Register all incoming guests and notify party of guest's arrival immediately via email or phone
    Provide visitors Access Control ID badges, as required, and record on Daily Badge Issue Log
