✔ At least 2 years of experience
✔ Good communication & writing skills
✔ Computer literate
✔ Fast learner with pleasing personality
Job Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors professionally
• Answer and direct inquiries and calls
• Maintain reception area, security logbook & visitor badges
• Receive, release, and track documents and cheques
• Encode transmittals in ERP system
• Label and allocate deliveries to assigned departments
Salary: Php 19,000-30,000/monthly depending on experience
