Qualifications
- Preferably 2 years experience in guest-facing, Guest Services, or Front Desk at an international 5‑star or luxury establishment.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Strong administrative abilities.
- Moral integrity required.
- Excellent fluent English (verbal and written). Advanced language skills in Spanish, Portuguese, German, or French are highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt to change, think quickly, and make decisions under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Well organized, self‑managed, and motivated.
- Able to handle multiple demands, remain calm and effective under pressure, and resolve issues quickly.
