Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception Management Greet visitors, answer, screen, and route phone calls professionally to ensure a positive first impression.Manage office supplies, couriers, and ensure the reception area and conference rooms remain clean and organized.Handle inquiries, register visitors, and maintain security/visitor logs.
Sales Support & Coordination.
Assist the sales team by generating quotations, drafting proposals, and preparing presentation purchase orders, track sales data, and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) meetings, site visits, and demos between sales managers and potential clients.Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing product information, delivery updates, and fielding complaints.
Administrative & Reporting.
