Receptionist/ Back up Therapist

Bloom Nails & Beauty is looking for a professional, reliable Receptionist / Back-Up Therapist to join our team on a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for a qualified beauty therapist who is confident on reception and able to assist with treatments when required.

Key Responsibilities

Front-desk reception & exceptional client service

Managing bookings, walk-ins & cancellations

Handling calls, WhatsApps & client enquiries

Cash handling, card payments & daily cash-ups

General salon admin and filing

Assisting with retail sales & client follow-ups

Providing beauty treatments when required, including:

Waxing

Pedicures

Gel applications

Therapist Requirements

Qualified beauty therapist (certificate or diploma)

High hygiene and professional treatment standard

Reception Requirements

Previous reception or admin experience (esp software experience advantageous)...
