Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for our residents, owners, and partners, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Front Desk & Communication

  • Greet clients, tenants, residents, and guests when they visit our office.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist with managing rental inquiries, and resident and tenant communications.

Administrative & Office Support

  • Maintain accurate record‑keeping systems, including the preparation of reports.
  • Prepare notices, contracts, and other important, time‑sensitive documents.
  • Perform data entry and filing to support daily operations.
  • Code receipts and file accordingly.
  • Support the Operations Manager with duties as assigned.
