  • Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general office administration duties and reception duties, including handle payment requisition and expense claim, arrange air-ticket reservation and business travel expense claim, office maintenance, repairs, renovation, handle memos from Property Management, document filing, greeting incoming visitors and handling external and internal incoming calls;
  • Responsible for procurement of office supplies;
  • Liaise with external service providers;
  • Maintain fixed asset register and conduct stock take on regular basis.
  • Assist in preparing the annual budget for Office Administration Team;
  • Handle ad hoc administrative duties.
  • Requirements:

  • Diploma or above is preferred; 
  • 1-2 years or above of relevant experience in sizable companies;
