A well-established CA practice that provides accounting, taxation, and business advice to small and medium businesses and individual client are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist / Admin Assistant to manage the front desk and support the Office Manager in day-to-day operations.

While this is a reception-focused role, there is scope to take on additional administrative responsibilities and contribute across the firm.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the front reception desk: answering and directing calls, greeting clients and visitors
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail, both physical and electronic
  • Maintaining reception, meeting rooms, and kitchen areas
  • Supporting filing systems, including scanning, electronic filing, and archiving
  • Assisting offshore administration staff and providing guidance when needed
