“We are hiring Receptionists to be outsourced to our clients”.
Responsibilities- Administrative and customer service: Front desk and managing initial interactions with visitors and callers (Liaising with the Office Manager/Executive Assistant); greeting/welcoming guests, answering phones, directing inquiries, and handling mail; additionally to support administrative tasks and maintain the reception area.
- Minimum Diploma in any field with admin experience
- Proficient in MS Office
