This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication, effective emergency response coordination, and a positive experience for patients, visitors, and caregivers.

The Position

• Respond in a fast efficient manner to all emergency calls via switchboard and implement required procedures.

• Where required, monitor alarm panels and security surveillance and implement required escalation procedures as applicable.

• Initiate emergency code calls as per Hospital policy and procedures.
