Overview

As our company grows, we are looking for part‑time reception service supervisors for customer sites in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The role involves creating a first‑class customer experience and serving as the company’s business card.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Communicate with customers and disseminate information.
• Perform general organization and coordination tasks for reception services.
• Handle data processing tasks such as reservation systems and registration.
• Manage meeting and conference rooms, including preparation and technical support.
• Work independently or with a partner, depending on the site, and be willing to serve at different locations within the Helsinki metropolitan area.
