Job Description

  • Welcome and check in/check out guests during the night shift.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Perform end-of-day audits and reconcile all hotel transactions.
  • Verify guest accounts, payments, and billing accuracy.
  • Balance cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
  • Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports.
  • Ensure the security and safety of guests, staff, and hotel property during the night shift.
  • Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest requests.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Report maintenance issues and any incidents occurring during the shift.
