We are currently recruiting an experienced Reception Manager for Temple Gate Hotel Ennis.

Purpose of the Role:

We are searching for an experienced Reception Manager to lead the Front Office team and ensure the maximisation of all hotel bedroom sales opportunities are met. Reporting to the Front Office Manager.

Responsibilities of the role:Main Duties:

• Oversee all front office operations including reception, reservations and night audit
• Lead, motivate, and develop the front office team
• Develop and implement SOPs for consistent service delivery
• Handle VIP guests and special requirements with discretion and excellence
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to motivate self and team.
