This very popular four star hotel is currently recruiting a Reception Manager to oversee the management of the Front Office team and ensure a second-to-none guest experience. The role is responsible for all reception duties, maintaining top standards of guest service and offering a genuine, warm welcome at all times to each guest.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and motivate the Front Office team
  • Guest check in and out
  • Oversee departmental floats
  • Ensure accurate shift hand-overs
  • Ensure comprehensive staff training as per company policy
  • Assist with recruitment & selection process
  • The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience as Reception / Front Office Manager in a similar 4*/ 5* property. Further candidate attributes include:
