for a Finance - Receiving Supervisor, to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

Receiving Control


  • Verify and inspect all incoming goods, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.




  • Check all deliveries against Purchase Orders, Market Lists, or Requisitions.




  • Ensure all invoices and delivery orders are timestamped and properly documented.




  • Raise credit note requests for rejected items.




  • Maintain strict compliance with food safety requirements (Biological, Chemical & Physical hazards).


    • Leadership & People Management


  • Lead and motivate the Receiving team through hands-on supervision.




  • Set clear standards and monitor work performance consistently.




  • Provide feedback, coaching, and onthejob training for new team members.<...
