This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless transition for both the company and its customers through the receiving and release of cargo on the terminal. To provide excellent and professional customer service to all stakeholders.


Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Receiving and locating of all import and export cargo
  • Produce accurate ship lists for all export cargo, in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure the receiving and issue processes are completed in accordance with the SOP’s.
  • Releasing of all Import cargo in accordance with the SOP’s.
  • Processing Transhipment cargo.
