Job Description

The purpose of this job is to ensure the correct stock is received and/or dispatched according to invoice insert receipt and/or transfers. This will include products received, dispatched and marked, and that invoices are accurate. Ensure that housekeeping standards are adhered to, and to provide good internal and external customer service. This will result in achieving customer satisfaction, in order to generating sale and promote the business and creating sustainable growth

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enforce company policy and procedure
  • Ensure that the stock is received or despatched and inserted according to supplier invoices
  • Ensure that the receiving department is not left unattended at any times
  • Ensure stock for deliveries received from within the store is correct, placed in delivery cage and booked out to relevant driver
  • Search rubbish bins, boxes and/ or any items that can contain stock before they are dumpe...
