Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with procurement department to list of expected deliveries.
  • Receive, Inspect and Record shipments with raw material and products.
  • Verify packages according to order and invoices based on the quantity, quality, price etc.,
  • Sort, label and store delivered items and allocate them to the designated place.
  • Update inventory records and maintain accurate stock levels.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of any Accounting related courses
  • At least 2 years' work experience in Receiving, Inventory, Warehousing and Supply Chain Operations.
  • With basic skills in Data Entry, Accounting, and Reconciliation Process.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and time-management skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Bamban, Tarlac
