Job Description:

• Arrange delivery and collection of calibration equipment and materials.
• Prepare basic documents like delivery notes, invoices, and packing lists.
• Pack equipment properly to avoid damage during transport.
• Organize transport to customers, labs, and suppliers.
• Track deliveries and solve any shipping problems.
• Send and collect equipment directly from customers when needed.
• Record and update inventory of equipment and spare parts.
• Label and file calibration certificates and other important documents.
• Check stock regularly and report if items are missing.
• Inform customers about delivery dates and order status.
• Follow safety rules when handling and transporting equipment.
• Keep the store area and company vehicle clean and organized.
• Support the calibration team to make sure equipment is ready on time.
