Receiver

The Receiving Manager is a central player in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of inventory into the store. Working with other key stakeholders, the Receiver is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory received and accurately completing all the accompanying paperwork.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive all inbound product and maintain flow of inventory to store shelves, sort and unpack product
• Schedule third party shipments
• Ensure space is available for incoming product by working with freight team and freight team manager
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory received
• Complete paperwork with attention to accuracy
• Keep clear communication with Accounts Payable to ensure all paperwork is processed in a timely manner
• Complete Return to Vendor duties; communicate with vendors as necessary
