Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Receives products, components from Incoming Receiving/Inspection, ensuring accuracy

  • Coordinate with Inventory to enter materials into inventory in accordance with internal processes

  • Reads work orders or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved

  • Attaches tags or labels to materials or otherwise marks information

  • Opens containers using box cutter, steel cutters, crowbar, claw hammer, or other hand tools

  • Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand

  • Conveys materials to or from storage or worksites to designated areas to include the manufacturing floor by use of hand truck, electric dolly, Forklift, or other device

  • Count, weigh, and record materials moved or handled in an ERP system

  • Provides support to Inventory, Packing and Production Planning as needed
