IN-HOUSE REAL ESTATE BROKER FOR DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

We are a residential property development company undertaking multiple projects in Maine and New Hampshire. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to work in-house and join our team.

Core Sales & Customer Interaction

• Listing available homes across all relevant platforms (MLS, Facebook Marketplace, Zillow, company website, etc.)
• Responding promptly to all inquiries from potential buyers via phone, email, text, and walk‐ins
• Conducting home tours, both scheduled and drop‐in
• Guiding buyers through the full sales process from first contact to closing, including finance as required
• Negotiating offers within company guidelines
• Maintaining strong follow‐up communication to convert leads into sales
