Job Description

Jobtailor is seeking a detail‑oriented Workforce/Operations Specialist to manage intraday staffing for clients and update Operations on staffing levels across multiple servers. You will monitor adherence, trigger overtime as needed, and ensure accurate split/skill allocations and timely task completion.

The role requires experience with Workforce Management tools, ACD reporting, and strong communication with management.
