Real-Time Booking Operations Intern

AirAsia is seeking a Control Tower Intern at our Puchong Office to support day-to-day booking operations. This role involves managing advance bookings, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective communication with drivers and customers.

Ideal candidates are Malaysian citizens, open to students or fresh graduates, with a background in Business Administration or related fields. Basic proficiency in Google Workspace is essential, and good command of English is required. The intern will work rotational shifts, including weekends.
