Purpose
The Real‑Time / Workforce Analyst (RTA / WFM – Customer Service) is responsible for real‑time workforce management, intraday performance monitoring, forecasting, and staffing optimization for Customer Service operations only. The role ensures Customer Service service levels are consistently met through proactive real‑time control, accurate workforce planning, and data‑driven decision‑making.
