Job Summary

The Real-Time Analyst (RTA) Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the RTA Analysts to ensure proper staffing, real-time monitoring, and adherence to schedules across all customer service channels (chat, hotline, email, etc.). This role ensures daily service level targets are met by making timely, data-driven decisions and providing clear direction to the RTA team.
