Job Title: Real-Time Analyst (RTA)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical Real-Time Analyst (RTA) to support workforce operations by monitoring real-time performance and ensuring service level targets are met. The ideal candidate has prior RTA experience and is comfortable working in an onsite environment.
Qualifications:
Completed at least 2nd year in college with no back subjects
Minimum of 1 year experience with a Real-Time Analyst (RTA) background
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work onsite
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor real-time queues, agent adherence, and service levels
Identify and escalate performance issues in real time
Perform intraday management to address staffing gaps and volume changes
Coordinate with operations to optimize workforce performance
Generate and maintain real-time and intraday reports
