What You’ll Do
We are a high-performing luxury real estate team in New York City seeking a detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant to support CRM management, listing coordination, and daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in real estate systems, especially Follow Up Boss, and enjoys keeping workflows clean, efficient, and on track.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain and update contacts, leads, and deal pipelines in Follow Up Boss
- Enter transaction paperwork and ensure records are complete and accurate
- Keep CRM data, templates, and lists organized and up to date
Operations & Admin
- Manage calendar scheduling (iCal), meetings, and Zoom calls
- Create and maintain email templates and mailing lists
- Handle general admin tasks and reservations as needed
