Zipdev seeks a results-driven Transaction Coordinator with 3+ years of experience to join our client who is a fully integrated commercial real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, (re)development and management of retail shopping centers, industrial warehouses, and various other commercial property types throughout Florida, with a historical investment footprint across the US.
We are seeking a Transaction Coordinator to support our client's dynamic acquisitions team. This remote position will report directly to the Director of Acquisitions, playing an integral role in real estate closings, due diligence, purchase contract and lease preparations, capital raises, securing debt, and financial analysis.
